Icía Vázquez: Dirección Creativa y Fotografía de Moda
Icía Vázquez Rodríguez nació en A Coruña y se graduó en Diseño y Moda en la ESDEMGA, Universidad de Vigo. En 2020 recibió una beca Fulbright para cursar un máster en Fotografía y Dirección en la New York Film Academy, donde perfeccionó su lenguaje visual y su mirada narrativa.
Su trabajo explora la moda y la fotografía como herramientas para contar historias que reflexionan sobre la sociedad contemporánea, cuestionando roles de género y construcciones culturales. Cada proyecto es una oportunidad para crear conexiones emocionales entre la imagen y quien la observa, convirtiendo el storytelling visual en un discurso creativo y estratégico.
Actualmente colabora en Loewe, aportando su criterio artístico y visión estética en la producción de ecommerce, asegurando que cada imagen mantenga coherencia con la identidad visual de la marca. Paralelamente, desarrolla proyectos freelance de dirección de arte y fotografía, produciendo campañas editoriales y contenido visual para marcas de moda. Esta combinación de trabajo creativo y estratégico refuerza su perfil orientado a la dirección de arte y desarrollo visual, donde estética, emoción y narrativa se encuentran.

Icía Vázquez Rodríguez was born in A Coruña and graduated in Fashion and Design from ESDEMGA, University of Vigo. In 2020, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue a Master’s in Photography and Directing at the New York Film Academy, where she refined her visual language and narrative perspective.
Her work explores fashion and photography as tools to tell stories that reflect on contemporary society, questioning gender roles and cultural constructions. Each project is an opportunity to create an emotional connection between the image and the viewer, transforming visual storytelling into a creative and strategic discourse.
She currently collaborates with Loewe, bringing her artistic judgment and aesthetic vision to e-commerce production, ensuring that each image aligns seamlessly with the brand’s visual identity. At the same time, she develops freelance projects in art direction and photography, producing editorial campaigns and visual content for fashion brands. This combination of creative and strategic work reinforces her profile as art direction-oriented, where aesthetics, emotion, and narrative converge.
